About Flow Logic

Flow Logic started in 2012 by Hamish McMinn to deploy lean product development.
Working with a major automotive OEM and several of their key tier 1 suppliers on new vehicle programmes from concept to launch we have developed innovative tools, techniques and metrics delivering step changes in time, cost and quality of engineering.
These methods are now mandated on all our client’s new vehicle programmes.

Principles behind the Agile Manifesto

Our highest priority is to satisfy the customer through early and continuous delivery of valuable software.

Welcome changing requirements, even late in development. Agile processes harness change for the customer's competitive advantage.
